A busy mind does not mean you lack ambition or discipline. It can mean every decision feels heavier, starting feels more complicated, and the things you care about get pushed to “later.” Coaching provides a steady space to make your next step smaller, clearer, and more doable.
What does overthinking coaching look like?
We focus on life skills and practical experiments: defining a priority for the week, choosing a repeatable routine, noticing where perfectionism stalls you, and identifying an action you can take now. It is not a promise to eliminate difficult thoughts. It is practice in moving forward alongside them.
Areas we can explore together
Routines that support you
Build flexible structures for mornings, work, study, rest, or personal projects.
Decisions with direction
Use your values and practical limits to make choices without needing total certainty.
Starting before perfect
Break meaningful projects into a first step that does not require ideal conditions.
Accountability that feels humane
Review what happened, learn from it, and choose a next commitment without shame.
Who is busy mind coaching for?
The group is for adults who recognize themselves in overthinking, rumination, decision paralysis, perfectionistic tendencies, or ongoing mental busyness—and who are looking for non-clinical support with living their lives. It is also open to people without an OCD diagnosis.
Coaching is not clinical treatment
Rejuvenate With Jess Life Coaching does not diagnose or treat OCD or any other mental-health condition. It does not provide therapy, ERP, medication management, or crisis care. Learn more in our FAQ and disclaimer.
