Questions, answered clearly.

A straightforward look at the program, its boundaries, and whether it may fit your goals.

What is OCD life coaching?

It is non-clinical coaching that focuses on life goals, routines, accountability, productivity, and moving forward when OCD-related experiences or a busy mind make daily life feel harder.

Is this therapy or ERP?

No. This program does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or ERP. ERP is a clinical intervention provided by appropriately trained, licensed mental-health professionals.

Can coaching replace therapy?

No. Coaching does not replace treatment from a licensed professional. Some participants choose coaching alongside therapy; the services remain distinct.

Who is the program for?

Adults who want practical support with routines, goals, accountability, procrastination, decision-making, perfectionism, or a persistently busy mind.

How much does it cost?

The complete 8-week program costs $500 per person.

How does the live Zoom group work?

Sessions follow the weekly coaching theme and make room for reflection, practical planning, and meaningful commitments. Current availability and live Zoom details are shared after you apply.

What if I miss a session?

Please let Jessy know as soon as you can. Because this is a live group experience, recordings and make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Who is not a fit for coaching?

This program is not for people seeking diagnosis, psychotherapy, ERP, medication advice, or crisis support. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis provider.

Do I need an OCD diagnosis?

No. The program is also for adults experiencing overthinking, rumination, perfectionism, or a busy mind.
